Bournemouth Introduction

Bournemouth is quickly establishing itself as one of the best destinations for stag’s and hen’s, and it is easy to see why. With seven miles of clean golden beaches, beautiful parks and gardens, and numerous opportunities for daytime activities, it is without doubt a gem on the South Coast.

Once the day of activity is over, head out to one of the best emerging nightlifes in the UK. With a plethora of restaurants from round the world, numerous pubs and clubs, the chances are you will be seeing daylight before you see your bed.

Paintball

Overview: Paintball is a Stag weekend favourite that never fails to provide top value entertainment for the whole crew. Whether you prefer to run around like a gun-crazed maniac or pick off your targets like a steely-nerved SAS marksman, you'll have plenty of opportunity to test your aim and flex that trigger finger.

The Location: Set in deepest darkest Bere Regis, the site is one of southern England's flagship venues. You'll be careering around the many marvellous game zones and as the guys say themselves your commands are simple- 'find the opposition- eliminate them- blow up their base and take no prisoners'.

Kit: On arrival you'll be armed with a semi-automatic gun and paintballs, and kitted out in a camouflage suit, ambush hood, and goggles. Keep your goggles on at all times- just ask PJ from Byker Grove. Once you've donned the combat gear, even the pacifists in the group will raring to get shooting!

Included:
- 100 paintballs.
- All safety kit.

Clay Pigeon Shooting

Overview: Take aim and blast the life out of a clay pigeons with a fun-packed shooting session. This superb shooting range is one of largest and best equipped grounds in the county and has its own club house, bar, restaurant, cafeteria and over 300 different traps to suit shots of all standards.

The site also has full undercover shooting stands so when the weather turns nasty you won't get soaked.

The Format: You will be coached throughout by an expert tutor who will guide you through the finer points of the sport. You'll be put through your paces over a series of challenging, but by no means impossible traps. Each different trap simulates different ‘game’, from bounding rabbits, to diving ducks and driven pheasants.

The event will be broken down into two parts. You'll shoot approximately half your clays in a practice session where the expert will feed you top tips and once you're up to speed you'll then use the remainder of your clays in a shooting competition with the rest of your group. With a bit of luck by the end of the session you'll be hitting more birds than Stan Collymore.

Included: Each person will shoot 25 targets.
Duration: Approx 2 hours.

Karting

You get plenty of track time, to get to know your kart and the circuit. Three heats are followed by semi finals,  where the top scoring drivers will advance to the Grand Final. The top three drivers will all receive trophies, as well as a bottle of bubbly for the winner.

With a circuit 420 metres long, and the karts capable of reaching 50 mph on the main straight, this activity is guaranteed to thrill.

Quad Biking

Overall: This is one of the top 3 Quad Biking sites in Britain, no contest. Set in the midst of a large country property, if you don't have a good day here then you had better check for a heartbeat. At the end of the day you can have a swim, Jacuzzi and a drink at the bar. Top that.

Extreme Quads: If you are looking to experience full-on quad biking, then this is the place to do it. Some places offer little more than flat fields, a few barrels and limbo poles - not here.

The course consists of almost 10 miles of track covering hill, woodland and open sections as well as various banked corners, jumps and mud baths. The course is divided into 7 separate tracks that have been graded in a similar manner to a ski resort, with easy learning sections going up to extreme ‘black runs'. Each person gets a full hour of driving time and will generally complete 6 of the 7 tracks. Only a couple of groups per year qualify for a shot at the most extreme track and for you to be allowed to attempt it you will need to demonstrate very competent handling of the vehicle.

The site has a fleet of 40+ bikes of various specifications at its disposal with the various tracks being attacked in groups of between 8-14 riders. Ideal for large groups in particular as waiting time is almost non-existent.

On Site Bar, Pool, Jacuzzi & Changing Rooms: For those wishing to relax and/or have a drink after the day's events, you can take advantage of the onsite indoor bar, swimming pool & Jacuzzi complex.
